Rights and Permissions
- To give us legal permission to include your film in our promotional distribution program you must own or control the copyright for the motion picture and have secured all the rights for the locations, music, actors, script, etc.
- YOU HAVE obtained any and all necessary rights, clearances and permissions to distribute the Programming, including, any and all clearances and permissions necessary for each of the participants in the Programming to play in and/or appear in the Programming, including without limitation, any required clearances or permissions from any regulatory, governing or organizing body.
- YOU HAVE obtained any and all necessary rights, clearances and permissions to distribute the Programming, including securing all music master, mechanical, and synchronization rights as necessary for music played during the Programming.
- For digital sales through the Film Baby store, you will be paid with your normal weekly checks.
- YOU HAVE obtained any and all necessary rights, clearances and permissions to distribute the Programming, including any and all rights, clearances and permissions necessary to use all names, likenesses, trademarks and service marks of all teams, individuals and entities participating in or otherwise associated with the Programming.
